Karastan "Multicolor Kirman" Wool Area Rug

A Karastan Kirman Mulitcolor machine woven area rug. Woven in the U.S.A. of imported wool worsted yarns, the rug has a bright palette of carnelian red, rose, bright turquoise, shades of blue, green and warm beige, with salmon and ecru. It has an ornate floral pattern around several floral medallions to the center, with a small guard border separating the continuing pattern to the main border. it has a dense, applied fringe to either end, and is tagged to the reverse.
