A fine art poster on paper by Tom Everhart titled ‘Salute’. This image depicts a colorful portrait of Snoopy clad in aviator goggles and scarf. This piece is signed in plate to the lower right and printed on acid free, archival quality enameled paper. All plates used to create this image have been destroyed. This poster is presented unframed with a certificate of authenticity.

Tom Everhart is the protege of ‘Peanuts’ creator Charles M. Schulz (1922-2000). Everhart is the sole artist granted the rights to draw the ‘Peanuts’ characters in his own work. Everhart created this piece after Schulz’s death, released in October 2000 – the 50th Anniversary of the first publication of the ‘Peanuts’ comic strip. ‘Salute’ is limited to 9,500 examples, plus 100 artist proofs.
