An original 1990 ink cartoon illustration prototype by contemporary American cartoonist Jim Borgman (born 1954), best-known for his political cartoons, illustrations for the Cincinnati Enquirer, and the comic strip Zits. The image depicts a satirical illustration that pokes fun at Senator Dan Quayle and then-vice-president. Artist signature is signed to the upper left of the drawing. This work is mounted under coordinating matting, under museum glass in a beveled wood frame with a blonde stained finish, equipped to hang.
