A hand colored etching from Matthew’s Memorandum Book. This intaglio print depicts a lineup of seven colorful characters, including Nat Glib, Friaswafrei, Molley Gramachree, Mr. Christopher Chyle, Mr. Alum, Mr. Simper, and a name appearing to read Finis. The work is attributed in-plate to W. Cole in the lower margin. it is presented under glass with a French mat in a black frame with stained wood liner. Hanging wire to verso.
