Also included is a winter landscape with a small cabin with a mountain range. This piece is signed K. Pepper to the lower left. A’s well as a a painting of a lighthouse nested among dense foliage. This work is signed ‘Tracy’ to the lower right. Works are presented without glass in wood frame.

- scratches and scuff marks throughout each frame; toning on canvas-accent of one frame.
