A sterling silver flatware set in the Rose Tiara pattern by Gorham. Produced from 1963 to 2009, the Rose Tiara pattern features a scrolled handle design, accented by small rosettes along the edges. This one hundred-and-seven piece set includes fourteen dinner forks, fourteen salad forks, fourteen tablespoons, sixteen teaspoons, a meat serving fork, two serving spoons, two ladles, a pierced serving spoon, a bon bon spoon, a sugar shell spoon, a pair of sugar tongs, a lemon fork, and a pickle fork. Also included are fifteen dinner knives, fifteen butter knives, a master butter knife, a cheese knife, two carving knives, two carving forks and a cake server, all with hollow sterling handles and stainless elements. The solid pieces are stamped on the reverse ‘Gorham Sterling’ along with the three Gorham pseudo hallmarks of a lion, anchor, and Gothic ‘G’. The stainless steel blades and tines are additionally marked. The total approximate weight, excluding thirty-seven items with stainless steel components, is 93.155 ozt.
