Hand-Painted Delft Tiles
Item Details
A group of two hand-painted ceramic tiles. The tiles both depict hand-painted windmills within circles in the centers, and corner decorations, on white earthenware tiles. One is all in cobalt blue on white, and it has a ‘G’ logo embossed to the underside. The other tile is painted in a variety of colors, and has a hand-painted mark to the underside, including the word ‘Delft’. This tile has a metal hanger attached to the back.
Condition
- some surface tape or sticker residue
- one has a hanging loop adhered to the back
