A handcrafted sterling silver turquoise squash blossom necklace by Navajo Silversmith, John G. Begay. This piece features a Naja pendant with a central appliquéd flower to its center, which meets a turquoise dangle with applied feather and raindrop motifs. The pendant meets a double strand of sterling bench beads, which are adorned with ten turquoise stations. Each station features a turquoise nugget accented by applied feather, wing, vine, and rope twist motifs, as well as the traditional, figural silver squash blossoms.
