Item Details
A hand-knotted Kurdish wool accent rug. The rug features two central diamond medallions in a palette of cream, brown, orange, and bright blue on a deep blue field. The field features eight pointed star guls and linear patterns in deep orange and green and is enclosed by a compound border. The border features a double cross pattern along the guard border and a running dog pattern along the primary border. It has an overcast edge, a short Kilim skirt and a wool fringe. Unmarked.
