A Chinese porcelain ginger jar. The jar features a painted image of a figure riding a qilin and holding a baby in her right arm and a lotus flower in her left hand flanked by followers to both sides. It is rendered in a palette pink, greens, and orange on a white background with decorative bands to the top and bottom. The jar has a lid to top and is signed to the base.
