Ottoman 800 Silver and 18K Gold Plate Medallion with Dangling Floral Buttons

A vintage Turkman/Ottoman medallion most likely from a headdress or costume in 800 silver with accents in 18K yellow gold plate and a round mother of pearl cabochon in the center. The round, floral medallion has three dangling chains at each side with nine smaller medallions attached at each side. The medallion could easily be re-purposed as a pendant.
