A handwoven Pakistani Peshawar wool area rug. Made from vegetable dyed hand spun wool fibers in Pakistan, this all over design features classical palmettes, florals and sickle leaves in accent tones of camel, ivory, brown and brick against a light blue ground. This rug also features a wide cream tone border with a matching floral pattern of lotus blossoms and palmettes in the same palette. It has an overcast edge and natural wool warp fringe to either end. Tagged to reverse.
