A sterling silver flatware collection by Wallace Silversmiths of Wallingford, CT (established 1871). Produced from 1937 to 2009, the Stradivari pattern features an intricate handle with floral and leaf motifs along with scrolls and beaded elements. This sixty-four piece set includes eight dinner forks, eight salad forks, eight teaspoons, eight soup spoons, eight youth spoons, two serving spoons, a pierced serving spoon, a meat fork, a gravy ladle, and a pair of sugar tongs These are stamped on the reverse ‘Wallace Sterling’. Also featured are eight dinner knives, eight lunch knives, a carving fork, and a carving knife, which have hollow sterling handles and stainless steel components. The knives and fork are marked ‘Wallace Stainless’ to the blades and tine. This set comes in a wood stained flatware chest lined to the interior with a burgundy felt-like material.The total approximate weight, excluding the knives and carving fork with stainless steel components, is 53.160 ozt.
