The Everett Shinn Illustrated Edition of ‘The Night Before Christmas’, by Clement Clarke Moore. John C. Winston Company, C 1942. This is a first edition; with ten double page illustrations (five in color) by Ashcan School artist Everett Shinn. The book features a double page title page, and illustrated end boards, all in color; a fabulous work.
Condition
Good to fair for age; some wear and scuffs to edges, inscription to interior page of ‘The Night Before Christmas’; and there is a tear to one of the illustrated pages.

Sizes vary; The Night Before Christmas is 8" W x 10.25" H x 0.25" D; and the Little Books are approximately 4.5" H x 3.5" W x 1.25" D
