An antique blue and red hand-loomed jacquard coverlet by Emanuel Meily. This coverlet features a red, blue and black striped design over a floral, foliate and star design on a white backdrop. The corner of this blanket features a woven in tag marked ‘Emanuel Meily Lebanon 1850 A.Muth’ with the date and weaver’s name at the bottom of the tag.
