A vintage Georg Jensen Cactus pattern sterling silver-handled cake knife. The elegant Danish knife has a stainless steel blade and handle designed by Georg Jensen with an Art Deco stylized cactus flower to the blade end. The knife is marked with the Jensen circular mark, ‘JG’ impressed mark to the handle end and Sterling Denmark.
