A hand-knotted Baluch carpet runner. This wool rug is rendered in a variegated palette of reds and gold. It begins with four vertically arranged hooked diamond medallions. The field is enclosed by a border with coordinating diamond shape. The rug finishes at either end with wide, striped weft wrapped kilim skirts and short brown wool warp fringe. Unlabeled.
