A limited edition offset lithograph on paper after the original work titled Lamplighter by naval artist Tom Freeman (1952-2015). This piece depicts a sailing ship docked in the harbor of a small New England town on a winter evening. The world is covered in a layer of snow and the world is a cold light blue. A man has just come by to light a single street lamp in front of the boat, and is walking away to the right. The piece is signed in plate and dated ‘1986’ to the lower left corner and by hand to the lower right margin. It is marked number 395 in an edition of 1000. Copyright information is printed to the upper edge. The print is presented in a plastic sleeve.
