A 1930 first-state etching on velin d’Arches paper by well-listed French Fauve painter Raoul Dufy (1877 – 1953), titled La Coiffeuse, published by L’Impremerie Nationale, Paris. The image depicts a pleasant scene in a barber shop, as the barber cuts the hair of her client, surrounded by floral patterns and lavish decor. The print is mounted under oatmeal mat and gilt fillet, under acrylic glass in a black composite frame with cast gilt border, equipped to hang. A certificate of authenticity is attached to the verso, with details about the piece.
