Large Antique Vessel

Item Details

A large antique vessel. this large vessel was created using a coil rolling and smoothing method. The vessel features a slightly fluted rim with a narrow neck gradually leading to a bulbous form. The exterior of the piece is surfaced in a natural earth toned pigment glaze accented with a faint black zig-zag design near the neck of the vessel. The interior of the piece is surfaced in a black slip painted finish.

- cracking along the bottom
- vessel does not have a flat bottom
