An offset lithograph on tiles of a Dutch blacksmith after landscape painter J.C. Van Hunnik. This realistic piece depicts the blacksmith outside his smithy, shoeing a horse. The horse’s owner smiles at the viewer, and a meandering path leads to a quaint village in the background with a wooden windmill. The work is signed in plate to the lower left. It is presented without glass, in a wood frame with D-ring hangers affixed to the verso.

- light wear to frame finish; frame is separating at joints.
