A vintage footed hope chest. This hope chest features a rectangular form with a hinged lid accented with a floral pediment. The hinged lid is attached to a base accented with carved floral and scrolled details and carved handles. The hope chest rests on cabriole legs and is accented with brass tone hardware. The piece is surfaced in an antique cherry stained finish.

- base ornament has fallen off but is included
- key is not included for locking mechanism
