Item Details
A pair of book leaves from the published reports of Chief Justice, Sir Edward Coke, circa early 17th century. One page details the case of Bellany in the courts of Common Pleas during the third year of the reign of James the First. Another page details the case of Sir Edward Cleres in the Court of Assize during the 41st reign of Elizabeth. The bookplates are presented under glass and double matted under red and black mats. They are set in matching gold tone frames.
