Conte Crayon
A conte crayon drawing by listed artist Richard MacDonald, titled The Flutist. This gestural drawing depicts a nude man standing in front portraiture, clutching at a flute while playing it. The form is sketched with incomplete, gestural line work in an ochre color of varying thicknesses. To the lower left corner of the composition is a handwritten artist signature, date (appearing to read 1999) and title.
