A copper sculpture of an original sculpture titled Mountain Man by Frederic Remington (American, 1861-1909). This piece depicts a scout on horseback negotiating a steep path and is mounted to a green marble base. The verso of the piece is marked ‘Copyright by Frederic Remington’ and the base features a gold tone plaque with the name of the artist and title. Black felt is present to the underside.
