Pastel on paper

A pastel drawing on oval-shaped paper of an scenic scene, dated 1967. The work depicts a tranquil scene with a large body of water sorrounded by hills, foliage and a distant house. The piece is unsigned. Presented behind glass, housed in an oval gesso and wood frame with a gold tone finish. Hanging wire is installed to the verso.

Condition

- smudging above tree and to upper center; pitting to glass from age and droplet to upper left; wear and nicks to frame.
