Sadler "World Collection of Tea" Caddy

A Sadler tea caddy. The piece was made in the style Chinese export porcelain from the early eighteenth century. The caddy has a colorful scene of a tea party on the front known as the The Tea Party after a Robert Hancock transfer print. This decoration has been renamed Afternoon Tea. There are printed marks on the underside reading ‘Sadler’ and ‘World Collection of Tea’.
