An ink drawing on paper of the Madonna and Child, by an artist appearing to sign the work ‘A. Topalian.’ This work, rendered with red lines over a gold tone wash, depicts the Virgin Mother holding her child to her cheek, a peaceful expression on both faces. The work is signed and marked ‘63 Roma’ to its lower right corner, and is matted under glass in a gold tone frame with hanging hardware to its verso.
