A Bryon Yellowhorse Elk Man sterling silver and gemstone pendant/brooch. This sterling silver brooch/pendant, from Navajo silversmith Byron Yellowhorse, features turquoise, lapis lazuli, gaspeite, sugilite and spiny oyster inlays. The piece depicts the Shaman know as the Elk Man, and can be seen in many petroglyph areas throughout the Southwest. It is hallmarked to the verso ‘Bryon Yellowhorse.’ The total weight including all material is 0.500 ozt.
