A pair of black and white photographs titled Vertical Dreams #2 and Vertical Dreams #3. These pieces depict wooden poles arising out of completely still water, their reflections making each appear to be a long form floating in a hazy ground. The horizon line is obscured by a white mist, and the forms disappear into it as they move into the distance. Both pieces are titled to the lower left margin and signed in ink appearing to read ‘R. Calur’ to the lower right. They are presented behind white mats in thin black frames that are wired for hanging
Condition
- small chip to glass to lower right corner of “Vertical Dreams #3”’; stains to mat of “Vertical Dreams #2”; “#2” is missing glass; scratches and wear to both frames.
