Item Details
An oil painting on wooden panel of an older man wearing epaulets. This work depicts the figure, dressed in his white military jacket, looking slightly over his shoulder with a pained expression on his face. The work is uses painterly strokes with details rendered in incised marks and inky black lines. It is presented in a gold tone frame with a textile liner and a wire to its verso for hanging.

- scuffs and scratches throughout frame and verso of wood panel; smudge on liner at top right; residue on center of verso of wood panel.
