An oil painting of a harbor on wooden panel, titled S. Tropez, by an artist appearing to sign the work ‘T.H.O.’ This painterly work depicts a collection of sailboats resting in blue water, a yellow sky and a line of windowed buildings visible to the background. This piece is signed, titled, and dated what appears to read ‘74’ to its lower right, and is presented in a wooden frame with a canvas mat and a white liner, a wire to its verso for hanging.
