A mixed media collage mounted on board by Hungarian artist Ajtai Tamás (born 1952), titled Tapasztalat No. 24 (‘Experience No. 24’). This work uses a layers of materials such as ink, painted cardboard and found paper to render a sculptural arrangement of shapes in a palette of black and rust. Sticker lettering is scattered throughout, including a block of text reading, in part, ‘les plus apprecies, les moins chers.’ This work is signed with a monogram and dated ‘2008 05 01’ to its lower right, and is presented, unframed, with a label noting the title and artist’s name to its verso.
