Ink Wash

A signed ink wash drawing on paper of a matador. Signed illegibly by hand appearing to read ‘PH. Comforeall’ to the lower right corner, the drawing depicts a matador waving a piece of fabric at a charging bull. Mounted under red and blue matting, the drawing is presented under glass in a gold tone wood frame. A wire is present to the verso for hanging purposes.

Condition

- edge wear and chipped paint to frame; residue to glass; foxing present; slightly dusty.
