An oil painting on canvas of a harbor by listed American artist, George Phinney. This painting, rendered in swift brush strokes, depicts a red shack at the edge of a pier and two docked boats. It is signed by hand to the lower left. The painting is presented without glass in a white distressed wooden frame with a metal hanging wire to the verso.
