Replica type XVIII Knightly Swords
Item Details
A pair of replica knightly swords. These swords have metal blades, are modeled after type XVIII swords that were made in the late 15th century and feature cross guards with handles composed of wrapped nylon cords and type V pattern pommels. The word ‘Toledo’ is stamped in a script inspired font on the ricasso of the smaller sword.
Condition
- various degrees of residue, spotting and oxidation present on the blades; the blade tips are rounded; the blades are dull; denting present on the blade of the smaller sword; tape and cloth repair present on the handle and cross guard of the larger sword.
