Vintage Hepplewhite Style Dining Side Chairs

Item Details

A group of four vintage Hepplewhite style dining side chairs. The wooden, mahogany-finished frames feature openwork, shield-shaped backs above padded, floral-upholstered seats with bowed, front rails. They rise on square, tapered front legs joined by stretchers to the raking back legs and ending in spade feet.

Condition

- seat cushion is partially detached on two chairs; general wear and scuffing on frames, most on bottoms of legs; small stains to upholstery; one chair missing a stretcher; upholstery possibly not original.
