A Georg Jensen sterling silver link bracelet with hidden box tab closure, manufactured in Denmark in the middle part of the 20th century. Ovular links join together a series of openwork segments, each centering a metalwork oval cabochon bezel-set in the manner of a gemstone. The simplicity and elegance of form is typical of this renowned silversmith’s work. Hallmarked to reverse are “Georg Jensen’ bordered by a series of impressed dots, with inscribed marks ‘Sterling Denmark” and the number ’10’ also. The total approximate weight is 1.00 ozt.
