Royal Worcester "Red Hind" Porcelain Figurine

A 1960s-era porcelain figurine from the Tropical Fish series designed by Ronald Van Ruyckevelt for Royal Worcester. This figurine depicts a red hind swimming among coral, with delicate pale purple sea fans rippling in the current. The underside of the figurine, beneath the removable base, is marked ‘Royal Worcester Bone China Made in England’ and ‘Designed and Modelled by R Van Ruyckevelt Number 282’.

Condition

- wax on wood base; some chipping.
- part of coral has been broken off
