Vintage Louis XVI Style Walnut Vitrine

Item Details

A vintage Louis XVI style walnut vitrine, circa early to mid 20th century. The case features a demilune, marble top surrounded by a pierced, brass tone gallery above a conforming, glazed door and side panels. The door is fitted with a brass tone escutcheon and it opens to a three-shelf interior lined in red velvet. The fluted stiles continue to a molded base ending in tapered, trumpet-turned legs with brass tone accents.

- to fair; some scratches and chips to case; lower left side panel with a small crack to glass; slight separation between case and one glass panel; some wear/deterioration to velvet; the door has a lock but is missing the key.
