Antique Russian Imperial Ivan Grigorievich Batashev Samovar
Item Details
An antique Russian Imperial brass samovar made in the Tula factory of Ivan Grigorievich Batashev. The samovar features a square pedestal base, round bowl-form body, wooden handles at either side. It is accompanied by a fluted chimney extension with handle and brass teapot. The lid is inscribed with the marker’s mark, ‘Т.Ф.И.Г.Б.’ (Tula Factory of Ivan Grigorievich Batashev). An additional ‘–К.’ mark is stamped to the base.
