A collection of eight sheets of U.S. postage stamps, featuring images of Hollywood actors, music celebrities and famous sports figures. The stamps include one sheet of 32-cent stamps depicting actress Marilyn Monroe, one sheet of 32-cent stamps depicting actor Humphrey Bogart, one sheet of 37-cent stamps depicting actor John Wayne, and one sheet of stamps from 1999 depicting actor James Cagney. There is one sheet of 32-cent stamps titled Big Band Leaders, depicting Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Glenn Miller and Tommy & Jimmy Dorsey. There are also two identical sheets of colorful Legends of Baseball stamps from the year 2000, depicting famous early twentieth-century baseball players, and one sheet of 20-cent stamps, from the year 1983, depicting baseball legend Babe Ruth.
