A pair of watercolor paintings on paper of rural architecture by artists, Ellie Diehl and Charles Roy Smith. The painting by Ellie Diehl depicts a wooded landscape and a red barn. It is signed and dated ‘63’ by hand to the lower left corner. The painting by Charles Roy Smith is titled, The Magazine and Guard House, Colonial Williamsburg and depicts a brick house with a large chimney. Affixed to the verso of this painting is a brief artist bio. This selection is matted in white and presented behind glass in brown wooden frames with a paper backing and hanging wire to the versos.
