A hand-knotted Bakhtiari carpet runner. This wool rug features a lattice pattern that offers trees, birds and floral motifs in a palette of orange, red, pink, cerulean blue, olive taupe, tan and black. The primary border offers a meandering floral pattern flanked by guard borders. The rug is finished with overcast edges and a short wool warp fringe at either end. Unlabeled.
