Pair of Bubble Glass Painted Harlequin Silhouettes
Item Details
A pair of reverse-painted silhouettes on convex bubble glass. Each piece features a Venetian jester and ballet dancer courting on a balcony. The figures are reverse painted onto the glass with prints of Venetian churches and canals behind them. Both pieces are presented in gold tone frames with o-hooks for hanging.
Condition
- one hanger is loose and held secure by tape; dusty; wear to frame finishes;
