Lladró "Colon Descubrimiento" Figure with Certificate of Authenticity

A limited edition Lladró Colon Descubrimiento porcelain figurine. This large figurine depicts a young Columbus kneeling with sword and flag. The figurine is presented on a wooden base with a framed certificate of authenticity indicating that the piece is number 415 in a series of 4000. This porcelain figurine sculpted by Salvador Furió, first released in 1986 and retired in 1997, is number 1486 in the Lladró catalog and is marked ‘Lladró hand made in Spain’ to the underside with the signatures of the sculptor and decorator.
