Cast Iron Squirrel Nutcracker

Item Details

A vintage cast metal nutcracker with a black painted finish. The nutcracker is shaped like a squirrel sitting on a leaf. The squirrel’s jaws are the nutcracker mechanism, which is activated by pressing down on the squirrel’s tail. When depressed, the nuts crack and the shells fall into the leaf shaped tray below. No maker’s marks.
