A 14K yellow gold turquoise and hand painted portrait enamel locket. This locket features a portrait of woman dressed as 18th century French royal courtesan Madame du Pompadour gazing to the side upon a blue oval enamel with round cabochon turquoise stones. All of the recently mentioned pieces are showcased open work filigree designs in a square shape with a circular shaped bail and a secured clasp to the side.
