A Carousel Industries, Inc. gumball machine. The machine features a clear jar at the top, with a red metal cap and base, atop an ornate black painted metal column with four legs. The front of the machine has a pewter colored metal plate with twist knob to release gumballs (no candy included). The dispenser cover on the front is marked ‘Carousel’. The back is labeled ‘Carousel Industries, Inc., Morton Grove, Illinois – Serial No. M5-044865’.
