A hand-knotted Persian Malayer Sarouk carpet runner. This runner displays central medallion in tones of navy, red, blue and cream atop a light red field with floral imagery throughout. The rug has a coordinating compound border featuring alternating floral patterns finished with red hued selvedge and natural warp fringe. The rug has a tag attached to the reverse which reads ‘Hand Woven Carpet and Rug, Hand Made in Iran’.
